Reebok’s #BeMoreHuman campaign inspires women to share their #FitToFight stories
New Delhi, November 10, 2016: After inspiring women across the country to be fitter and better versions of themselves, Reebok India had launched the second leg of its celebrated #BeMoreHuman campaign, this May. Through this campaign Reebok India provided ‘unsung women achievers’ a chance to make their #FitToFight story come alive. The fully integrated marketing campaign that was released on “International Women’s Day” saw Kangana Ranaut, Brand Ambassador, Reebok India inspire women across the country with her powerful personal story and fitness journey.
With several entries being received already from across the nation, Deepa and many other women-heroes will be felicitated by Kangana Ranaut at a grand awards night hosted by Reebok at the end of this year.
Deepa is the first Indian woman to win a medal in Paralympic Games and won a Silver medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in the shot put. She is a swimmer, a biker, a rally driver, a restaurant owner, a motivational speaker and an Arjuna Award winner.
Deepa lost the use of her legs at the age of 30 and was left confined to a wheelchair; but that did not curb her ambitions or zeal. She overcame her physical handicaps through her mental strength and proved how holistic fitness can transform your life. She fought her way to fame through sheer determination and perfectly personifies Reebok’s ‘Be More Human’ spirit.
